The craft is eternal, if you aren’t willing to die for your craft is it worth doing? Is it worth sacrificing your time, dedication and soul for something you aren’t prepared to die for? Your physical body will always decay but the presence of your craft will always remain, I say this in the memory of Heath Ledger who wrapped the essence of a character around his entire being. He suffocated in the atmosphere of the Joker, he gorged himself full on the Joker’s characteristics, that’s the dedication I aim towards. If it kills me, so what? Knowing I sacrificed my entire being for something I loved more than the chaotic wasteland I call life is something that I truly believe in.
In the end, you have to approach the craft without fear. Amen.
